Winterglow Performance Ushers at the Morton Theatre

When you arrive at the Morton Theatre please locate the house manager on duty in the main lobby. They will show you where to sign in, issue your badge and if this is your first time with us, give you an orientation and brief tour. You will sign in and out with the house manager. 

There is a secure location for your personal belongings to be retrieved at the end of the event.The Morton Theatre's auditorium is located on the second floor of the building. If you require use of the elevator please let us know. This way you can be assigned to a position the elevators service.

The parking lot next to the Morton Theatre is privately owned, and is only available for event parking if an attendant is on duty. The First United Methodist Church parking lot across the street is privately owned and does not permit Morton Theatre event parking. Unauthorized vehicles in either lot will be towed at the owner's expense. We recommend parking in the West Washington St. Parking Deck. Please see the House Manager at the end of the event to turn in your badge and for instructions to redeem a parking voucher. Street and deck parking on Sundays is FREE.
