Availability

The Animal Services Adoption Center is open to the public from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Saturday and 12:00 PM to 3:00PM on Sundays and is closed on Government Holidays. Typically, volunteer hours are everyday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with the most help needed on weekdays. Availability varies depending on the volunteer position, and we are able to accommodate most schedules.

Commitment

Animals live in the moment, and each visit from a volunteer is meaningful! Any level of commitment is welcome and appreciated, however, we hope that you will be active in your volunteer service if you join our team. We are looking for volunteers that can spend time with our pets for at least a couple of shifts per month. Certain positions may require specific time commitments – please refer to the Current Volunteer Positions page for more information.
